Your Health

To lead a healthy lifestyle it is recommended that we sleep for between 7 – 9 hours a night, eat 5 or more fruits and vegetables, brush our teeth regularly, stay hydrated, exercise or move more, preferably outside and meet up with friends to help our mental health.  Whilst many people are able to do these things with ease, for some who feel overwhelmed even looking at these recommendations – we say JUST PICK ONE.

Start with one that is achievable and do it consistently.  The rest will eventually fall into place, once you start to feel more able.

When you are in poor health it’s great to know what support is available for you to access.  This could be the GP or for more serious conditions, the hospital, but for the masses it could be the pharmacist or even community based support.
